@CanadianChronic2121 Nah, I hear waitressing is even worse lol. Especially if I have to deal with any customers like my dad. My dad is so embarrassing to go to restaurants with because he turns microscopic problems into a mountain of a problem. For instance: They put sour cream on his baked potato. Now, most people would just scoop the cream off and eat the potato without a problem. Not my dad though. He turns into a 2 year old child and argues that he deserves a new one.

WHY IS THIS IN SPANISH!!!" I tell her politely "You must have hit spanish by mistake. Just hit cancel and try again, but choose English this time. @CanadianChronic2121 I'm polite to my customers at Kmart. You can't judge an entire company (the entire walmart) based off of only the walmarts you've been to. Not all employees are the same, just like not all customers are the same. I have excellent customers and then I have the customers who take all their frustration out on me for the dumbest little things, such as a woman screaming at me because she couldn't figure out how to pay with her credit card after swiping her card through.

and if you tell them thanks & to have a nice day , they just dont even reply .....pretty rude.

It seems like they only hire social rejects that don't know how to do actual work or even talk to people ...

@CanadianChronic2121 Also, with customers who are polite toward me, I can be very polite right back. I had someone come up to me who said his father put a hole in their air mattress a month ago, so he was purchasing a new one. I told him that instead of buying a new one, he could exchange it for free if he went home to get his receipt. He was quite thankful and happy I told him this because I saved him a lot of money. If you're polite to me, I'll be polite and helpful too. Human nature.

@CanadianChronic2121 I'm sorry, but when customers treat the employees like crap over stupid little things like not being able to use their $1 coupon, or not being able to read prices correctly when they buy things and later complain to you about price checks, it's hard to keep that fake smile for 6+ hours toward people like this. In the beginning I can put on that fake smile, but after a few hours it's just like "Okay, talk to me like shit and I'll treat you like shit right back buddy"

On thier commercials they advertize great custimer service .... but when you actually go there they just treat people like shit...

I was sitting down eating breakfast at McDonalds and could overhear the Wal-Mart manager telling employee's to do thier best not to let custimer's return items , even if its within the 30 day limit.
