Obama is another one of them but with a glossier varnish, what can one expect. Look at how he denied Alvaro Uribe free trade (the only descent and US friendly L.American president) and then once elected (within weeks) takes away restrictions on Castro for no reason, and did anyone forget his commi friends, come on. Look, even before the cheap garbage of Obama came about, aside from Reagan, the USA has never had any true position. It will cost them because it's starting to accumulate.
