How about an equalizer with lasers?

@AnimeFortune claus (the teacher) and i, spoke about connecting a circular pattern of lasers to the membrane of a speaker. when it moves in and out of the speakerhousing, it would make a 3d representation of a sinus-curve. the problem is that we can only see a portion of the curve at the time. we think we can solve this by applying a strobelight at the right frequency, but we havent had the time to test it yet :)
