Hey Can you let me know what im doing wrong?

When i use this powerball i get blisters on my hand

and today i ripped alot of skin of my finger today!

Ouch! :)

@MrCrAzE92 I am not exactly sure since I can't actually see you doing it. You could try wearing some sort of glove while doing it.

Hi!

I have been attempting to recover from tendonitis in my right hand (too much computer use), and have been experiencing pain mainly in my wrist, ring finger and pinky finger. Would you be able to recommend me a specific exercise to perform with my powerball to best recover (keeping in mind tgat I still need to use the computer for work)? Also, what intensity/length to work for?

This dynaflex is very nice for some one who uses the computer a lot for typing and my partner is a chef she has to use her hands a lot its the best for her as well is why i got it at first place :)
