    I always love Dynamite Sushi, but never knew that it was this easy to make

    I added a little oit which brougt out an even better tast.l

  • a little trick for the spicy"sauce" the koreans make something caled "kimche" (the main ingredience in some of their dishes)

    try use kimche base, mayo (i use Qmayo from japan) and some drops of rosted sesamoil and if u want it even hotter u can use ur favorite sriracha sauce.

I got the knife at an Asian market close to where I live, it was a cheap one (hoping to spring for a nice one soon), I have a couple of them around me. You can get all the stuff online (amazon or ebay), or Whole foods should have most of the basics stuff too! :) Mark
