Now sold out, only 500 limited edition DVDs were released. I have been unable to contact the filmmaker and the band have no official opinion on our posting this here, so enjoy.

  • I love the lack of ego these people have when they talk. They really really could have exagerated everything they said, but no one did. They just said the real honest truth about it.

  • thanks for posting. brilliant documentary. This is what you-tube is for. Amebix are one of the few bands of that era i still regularly listen to 25 years later!!! Used to have No Gods, No Masters 7" - still got No Sanctuary, Arise and Monolith on vinyl - used to travel up from south west Wales to the Trinity and Demolition Ballroom to watch the Bristol bands. Respect to all

  • Rob reminds me of My Dying Bride's Aaron sometimes.... and also Jonathan Creek.

Any way... very unique band formed by people who are not afraid to step forward and explore new forms of artistic expression.

I will probably be bashed here, but I must admit that their latest efforts sound more "mature" to my ears... pretty much the same impression I have towards Celtic Frost/ Triptykon.

But, having said that, I have mush respect for what these guys have done during their existence.

  • whats the song at the end.

  • too rite....amebix NEVER sold out....they were real people and they still are

  • I swear....the honesty....I fucking remember it all going on

  • hahaha! scum! I used to play bass for them when olly got the sack for no good reason...cos I was fucked if I could play it! I learned at a gig playing with me thumb....spider was the drummer! hahahahaha....fucking funny as you like!!

  • yay! good ole spider....geddon!

  • I've known them a very long time and one thing I can say about both is that they've always been honest and ego-less

  • Mucho thanks for posting this!
