This guy stands and watches as a dump truck is about to hit the bridge that he is standing on......uhhh......how about, well I don't know (RUNNING)!

Toronto news said yesterday that there were no casualities and no one was terribly injured either. But that may have just been early reports.

Obviously the guy on the left froze up or didn't have time to realize how hard the impact would be or that it would take down the entire section. Who knows, maybe from his angle he couldnt tell for sure if it was going to hit. I doubt he's a "dumbass" or "stupid". Might want to check into the guy's story about what happened before passing judgement. Like having a gun pulled on you, its easy to watch it happen in the movies and say what you would do, but very different in real life.
