@johnnyray1717 true, but the mines that are in them get lost after no more than 10 years of sediment flow. Picture a 10 foot wide, 40 ft deep hole, that was years ago, when we see it now, we can stand on the til that has filled the hole and see above the rim. The world re-claims her secrets over time.
