doing the I Liq Chuan 21 Form at the 2010 Legends of Kung Fu Tournament. My student Stacy traveled from Tempe, Arizona with me and shot the video. Much Thanks Stacy!

The I Liq Chuan 21 Form is very similar to many other Tai Chi styles short forms.

a little robotic but the energy and harmonizing of the 13 points is still there. i had to rush due to time limits and i was really groggy from a nap that was cut short just minutes before i stepped into the ring, so considering i think it actually looks pretty good.

  • @dougrhess it's not really "shaking" but opening and closing of the hips and shoulders. we train this to be explicit is somewhat small in the form.

  • Very interesting. I feel the "shaking" should be almost imperceptible and come naturally from the hips and thighs.
