From 02 Oct -05 Oct Manchester will hold the tory part conference. Manchester arts and youth services are facing severe cuts and it is time to demonstrate through examples how important they are.

Manchester has a rich history when it comes to arts, and this is slowly being hacked away.



On 05 Oct MMU students and staff along with Gullivers will hold 'VULTURE' an event that celebrates manchesters arts showcasing the best in MC's, bands, poets comedians - who all believe in Manchester's arts and do not want to lose them.

It is beginning to get to the point where Manchester's youth have nothing ahead of them.

Institutions in Manchester are facing severe cuts and we already see places like the Green Room closing down.
