@shilpa88888 misra tarah is the term used for this kind of poetry where you take a line from a great poet and extend with what you have to say. This was a pop culture in poets at a time.

Well, this is not by Great Ghalib, but I am unable to find who wrote this. I thought this one is from Nida Fazli, but cant confirm.
