Texas capitol stationary (except for wind somtimes sorry) camera and moving crowd. 960X540 large two different view points

Cleaning out some video footage and instead of deleting it like i have been doing and threw away some jewels :( im going to put them up as public domain and use the creative commons thing on youtube so anyone can use this footage in their videos. if you use the youtube editor you can edit them or if you can you can d/l it and use it in a real editor. no need to credit me just do what you want.
