How do we start the crusade!! Plastic has it's place,...but should be eternally banned from anything related to food or drink!

@KILLOPTY - You're not going to have any immediately apparent health problems from chemicals leaching from plastic into your water and food, just like you wouldn't have any immediately apparent health problems if you lived right next to a nuclear power plant and absorbed radiation your whole life. It's just that laboratory tests have shown that these chemicals cause cancer, and these chemicals are making their way from the plastic into our food, and from there into our bodies.

PET (Not PETE) plastic is the most recycled :/, don't think they just send them to landfills :P...LOL...
Also...if that plant didn't recycle.. a 100% of that waste would go into the environment :/... so I don't see the damage there...maybe they should simply try to make the process more efficient... but what do you recommend? Not recycling? -.-

By the way, I work for a recycling plant like this one and what this guy's saying is right on the money. NOBODY forces us to test anything. It comes in bales that we grind up, melt down, and sell to manufacturers. But, if it makes you feel safe BELIEVING that we actually give a crap about your health, then all the best to you. LOL!
