  • This great hymn can be found in the 1940 Episcopal Hymnal, soon to be republished. The title of this hymn is Praise to the Living God.

  • @claudemiresantos and that creator is JESUS CHRIST - YAHSHUA!!! amen!

  • PRAISE AND GLORY TO THE MOST HIGH GOD!

  • esta musica e maravilhosa, eleva nossa alma.

  • Praise to the great I AM!!!

  • Nice recording, but it would have sounded even better with a "tierce de Picardie"

  • One of the best hymns ever. Thank you!

  • Too cool! Yigdal Elohim Chai. I sang Yigdal (which is the melody that is used for this wonderful hymn) every Shabbos evening. I discovered this hymn one morning in prayer (song 23 in The Celebration Hymnal), and instantly fell in love with it. As a Jewish saint, it has deep cultural ties to me! The only thing I would personally change to it is the J word they use for Hashem's name as that is not His name, the vowels in the Name of G-d tell us weather to say Adonai or Elohim.

  • This is such a great hymn, and beautifully played! Thank you.
