@ThisWomanLife You're right, it is Diana Ross, but she did play Billie in "Lady Sings the Blues" so I guess it counts. Of course, I think a few more pictures in this video are of Diana and not Billie...in anycase I'm very happy that you like the video. :)

Leave it to Lady Day to sing this perfect song, that has to be sung perfectly, to sing it PERFECTLY! No other arrangement that I've heard even comes close to mood and feeling and tempo!
