PTS Client and Schenectady Senior Wrestler Josh Vics performing a set of Parallel Box Squats with 235 lbs (Not bad for someone who wrestles at around 130 lbs!). Josh and the other wrestlers in his training group go through a ME Squat Progression before hitting an intense Metabolic Conditioning workout so that we are strengthing our athletes while getting them in better shape for the upcoming wrestling season (www.phelpstraining.com).
