Those strobes are Wheelock E-70 Speaker Strobes and the detectors are Simplex Quick Connects and I think it has the sounder with it.

There's a school in my city that has a Simplex 4010 system, but it doesn't have voice-evac; it is tied into an old Simplex 4208 panel from the 1970s and controls all the newer duct detectors in the building. The alarms are mostly Simplex 4051 horns on 4050-80 light plates

Those alarm/strobes look like Wheelock E70s to me. Sans "FIRE" and "Wheelock"

"unit"? its called an annunciator. thats a manual evacuation microphone. get it right if your going to mimic the professionals. (SimplexTech)
