I'd like to link my music video "Abrogation Nonsense - It's In The Qur'an" to this video because this video explains all the details that I was incapable of forcing into rhyme, scan and meter. I hope you don't mind.

The New Test is written in 3 languages. Koine Greek, Latin called the Vulgate & my bible Aramaic called Peshitta Bible Repository & if you put them side by side they are the same. Old Test the scrolls of the Jews, our Old Test in our bibles & if you study them side by side with the "Dead Sea Scrolls" they are the same. If you take an Old Koran that was printed in the 16th century & one that was printed in this generation, they contradict each other because of "abrogation" why is that.

The Quranic reference to the first Qibla is mentioned in al-baqarah 2:142-3:The next verse, 2:144 speaks of the new Qibla:"We have seen the turning of thy face to heaven . And now verily We shall make thee turn (in prayer) toward a qiblah which is dear to thee. So turn thy face toward the Inviolable Place of Worship, and ye (O Muslims), wheresoever ye may be, turn your faces (when ye pray) toward it. Lo!

The Qur'an says in surah 3:7 that there are clear and unclear verses in the Qur'an. One of the greatest Muslim theologians, Al-Ghazali said that "The number of the clear verses is 500." (Suyuti, 'Itqan Fii 'Ulum Al-Qur'an, Al-Hai'ah Al-Misriyah Al-'Aamah Lil-Kitab, 1975, Part II, Section 65: Al-'Ulum Al-Mustanbata Men Al-Qur'an. ), i.e., a mere 8% of the 6616 verses in the Qur'an. Thus, the Qur'an commands Muhammad and the Muslims to refer to the Jews and the Christians (surah 21:7).

@GodsSeer And regarding the direction of the Qibla. Allah NEVER told us to pray towards Jerusalem, and ONLY told us to pray towards the Kaaba.... Where is the abrogation?? Allah told us to pray towards the Kaaba in Mecca, what is that abrogating?? Next time you want to make such fanciful claims, such as the Quran being 63% abrogated, try to provide REAL examples. If you still wish use keep that claim, then show me ATLEAST a SINGLE abrogation in the QURAN (Not Hadith ect).
-
@GodsSeer You claim 63% of the Quran is abrogated, yet fail to even mention 2 accounts of such abrogations. The Quran has consistently made it clear that Drinking wine is bad for us, but without forbidding it - the change was Muhammad's words, in the HADITH not the Quran. The Quran never forbids drinking, and only discourages it - where is the abrogation?

@latour90 Please look for my earlier reply to you're comment. I hope i explained the Verse of the Sword well enough, and i hope i cleared things up. If you still have more questions, or i didn't explain myself fully, please message me. May peace be with you.

@latour90 But obviously Muhammad didn't take revenge for the gorup who were killed, Allah says we can take revenge but shouldn't pay a person back with a greater punishment. And Allah says there is a rgeat reward if we forgive instead. Anyway, there is much context behind 9:5, and if you simply read 9:5 on it's own, you're out of context. However if you read from 9:1, to 9:15, you understand a little more, & if you research the history of Islam, the context and meaning of 9:5 is clear.
Islam is like Mormonism by claiming to believe in the Bible in one breath while stating it has been corrupted in the next. The double minded god is unstable in all his ways. If God is not able to keep the Bible, He is not able to keep the Quran either, because the true God does not change.
