What doesn't it have to do with Xbox? It's custom painted with Xbox green and graphics, it was hand built with Xbox 360 controller components in the handlebars and the whole project was commissioned by Microsoft to promote Xbox 360 sales through one of their retailers. What else were you expecting. Jesus Christ people fucking complain! Especially gamers with nothing else to do.
