I think its a shame that the western people don't have the imagination to consider what the world may have been like if the Carthaginians had of won the Punic wars,Rome was a dictator ship as Gaddafi said,

Everything Gaddafi said in this speech was very important and was proofed and has been proofed again with this hypocrite war of NATO/UN against Libya.
