I like your video very much Linda - Krishnamurti gives a very good explanation of how to transform your own fear - it involves bringing your awareness completely into your your own being and focussing on what you feel - then you transform everything. Fear is only a product of the mind - it exists nowhere else. Try it - takes a few minutes and is completely liberating - but read Krishnamurti he puts it all so much better.
