  • It's important that a sufferer of sleep terrors be consoled and monitored during an episode.

    I woke up on a concrete patio one morning to find I had scratched at the concrete, removing the skin from my finger tips. Such episodes can continue well into the morning if they aren't tended to.

    My parents got sick of dealing with it, so they moved me into the shed where they couldn't hear me...
