Terminator 2 TRAILER (forerunner to the final trailer)

This is a rare version of T2 trailer. It is not included on some versions of the 2DVD special edition released in EUROPE and I do not even remember, where I got it.

If anyone has this on some DVD release please let me know in comments - It is the only thing from the T123 movies I am missing in high quality :-)... It has a great pace and even after almost 15 years it is stil technically COOL - It keeps up with todays best. Great musical background supports the great action * The famous terminator technical heart beat *

What I consider upmost cool is the end phrase by ARNIE - "I swear I will not kill anyone"... There are some backstage rumours studio used this line to calm down critics saying that it is going to be too violent and too harsh. LUCKILY FOR US IT WAS SO GOOD and now my oppinion is the violence in T2 was not autotelic as I often see in todays movies.

And finally: Arnie really kept his word. He most likely didnt kill anyone in this movie - except the T1000 of course. TERMINATED.

The movie was so perfectly balanced with the right amount of violence, emotion and danger. None was too excessive, and I feel that even no other movie could balance or capture it as well either. I have seen alot of movies, and have always kept this permanently etched in the back of my mind!!

@highlandparkdram One could infer that the line "I swear I will not kill anyone" is meant to be a joke, which it does come across as one. There were dark humorous moments like that in the first film, what with the Terminator saying things like "please" when asking if he could see Sarah, his ever famous "I'll be back" line, and even saying things like "I love you too, sweetheart" in Sarah's mother's voice.

One that always cracks me up, though, is "Nice night for a walk." XD
