I've seen police not using hands free while driving.

do the police officers have to have it on tape? Here in Germany the police has to film the violation (like texting/using cell phone while driving), except in the city, there they can pull you out at once (actually they don't do that)

IF you want to talk on the phone and you don't have blue tooth, exit the highway and find a place to park before using the phone.

big rig drivers are the worse. i had to tell one to leave a private ground in Hayward because they are prohibited. the guy acknowledges the sign posted everywhere and he still does it! shame on that nig
