A glorious week in Megeve, France with the music of (my uncle) Tony Osborne, musical genius and arranger to the stars. During a glittering career he worked with many major stars of the British musical scene in the 1950s and 60s, winning 2 Ivor Novello awards from 4 nominations for his own compositions. (March 2009)

A beautiful and moving tribute to my namesake, whose elegant and charming style of writing and playing has not only delighted me over many years, but has had a great influence on my own work. Although in the same profession, I'm sad that we never met, though we did speak over the phone on one occasion. I am truly thankful for all that this dear and most respected colleague has given to refresh our spirits, and that these wonderful sounds will live on!

Thanks for this Tony. When I made the film it was merely as a record of the best ski holiday imaginable. As my late great uncle passed away only 2 weeks before I thought there could be no better accompanying music than some of his. Glad you like it, but much, much more importantly I'm glad you remember HIM so fondly.
