Assan GA-250 Gyro - Initial Tests

Assan recently introduced the very low priced GA-250 MEMS gyro for $10 at HobbyCity. Eager for an upgrade to the HK-G401B gyro, I ordered one for my HK-250GT. Here are the results of my initial tests.

My ga250 keep flashing all the time and doesent work. Probably not calibrate. Do you know how to solve?

@thiago497150 Do you have a DSM2 radio system? The earliest version of the GA-250 doesn't play well with DSM2, the receivers take too long to initialize. To make the gyro initialize, plug in your battery and let the receiver initialize, then unplug it and quickly plug it back in - the gyro should initialize fine after than. Newer revisions don't have this issue.

turn you gain up till it starts to shake and then back it off a little

move your ball link in as close as you can to the servo

make sure you have the right servo type selected in the gyro setup

its a great gyro for 10.00 if you want a really dead stop gyro the the turnigy mini-mems with program box. it costs 70.00 but its great
