Day 3 in a row of trying to get someone at the Sprint Store to actually answer the phone.

I was so irritated 2 days ago, after trying to call to find out if a certain phone was in stock and no one answered. I ended up having to go down to the store. The store was empty. There were 4 unfriendly employees. I even called the number from inside the store, they didnt pick up. "There is no one currently available to handle your call." I was the only one in the store.

No wonder Sprint's churn is the worst of all the carriers. Sprint, I love your high speed EVDO technology, but your customer service truly sucks.

Third world service, for a third world city. How fitting..

  • I was at work. Don't have much time after 5 to be going running around the county to make sure a phone is in stock before each store closes. I think being able to call ahead to a store is a reasonable expectation.

  • OMG, do you know how many times we sent customers to locations that no longer existed? At least they were there, sort of. Oh my, the music is giving me flashbacks. I lost my job for trying to help folks like you, so you wouldn't have to go through that...and Sprint let me go. I'm sorry you had to put up with that, you should leave as soon as you can.

  • The guy at the Sprint store helped me a lot but the customer service when you call Sprint, SUCKS!

  • This happens all the time in the T mobile Stores in Puerto Rico.

  • ms customer care, i feel your pain. i to work for sprint/nextel. and on calls i do everything i can to help customers and seems like i get punished for it. ..and they fire people like nothing.

Anyway when i ring my provider i get ""Hello welcome to (Provider name here) then i tap ""0"" ""0"" ""0"" PLEASE WAIT. . . . . . .ring. . . ring. . . ring.""Hello this is such n such how can i help you?"". the call takes up to 7 minutes and what i called for gets done. Sorry to see your having problems. If you switched on your unlocked cell with an O2 UK sim card in it, what network would you be roaming on in your state??
