  • @Globox822 You can, but it's not recommended if you want muscle mass. You might as well do shoulder presses (anterior deltoid), lateral raises (lateral deltoid), and one-arm rows (posterior deltoid). If you are starting out do isolation exercises, and as you become more advanced (1 year of full weight training) you should do compound exercises like bicep curls into arnold presses.

  • can you gain muscle mass with this or is it just for losing weight and getting more "strength" in your shoulders?
