  • I love this! Its like how every child dreams that they could break out of every day life and defeat the 'beast' which stops them from enjoying life and being themselves.

  • Cute, relates to what real people go through. An the 3D style kinda reminded me of Toy Story.

  • I noticed that the song in this is the same as the one in the animation: Dreamscape

  • very nice animation

    nice story

    Greak work !

  • Vancouver Film School is really efficient when it comes to promoting their past and current students as well as enticing potential students to attend their school. Keep up the great work. Your 1 year programs look very seductive.

  • she won a prize the impact awards! but wasn't there! :(

    LOVE this animation

  • props to the sound crew too :D y'all are making it in show biz!

  • @rockindglobe Hi, all of the students in the program will take some classes in lighting, texturing and rigging in the first half of the year, regardless of the specialization that they choose in the second half. Hope that helps!

  • nice!!!

  • @VancouverFilmSchool - thnx a lot yes that made my bleak picture pretty clearer than before.........but theres still1 doubt so if a person ex:- if i want 2 specialise in animation will i learn how 2 texture ,light the scene ,rig things under that 2 ........even though im learning those things rite now just 2 b clear will i learn those things at vfs 2 ...??.

  • @rockindglobe As far as students having previous experience goes, everyone comes in with a different level. Some students have worked before, others are just starting out and many are somewhere in between. However, students who are willing to work hard are often able to produce high caliber reels by the end of their year, regardless of previous experience. What matters more is the student's work ethic and desire to learn. Hope that helps to answer some of your questions. Thanks!

  • @rockindglobe Hi, students are asked to specialize in only one of the three fields (animation, modeling or visual effects) in the second half of their year in the 3D Animation & Visual Effects program. During the first half of their year, students take a breadth of classes that will introduce them to all three specializations.
