Nice setting but not enough cameras. More like a talk show then a demonstartion. Not so effective if you are using this video to teach someone.

For someone who works in a professional bakery, this cake is very sloppy.. I am not referring to the off-set tiers, but the way too thick scroll work. And using a star tip for vine work?? Ykes!!
