iPhone iDrum Machine

Quick demo of how to use iDrum on your iPhone as a fancy metronome. I was looking for a Boss Dr. Beat thingy but they were just too expensive to justify. I settled for a real metronome (still more expensive) until someone recommended I look at iDrum for iPhone. At just $5, I don't see how it could be beat.

If you want to get your groove and timing just right, practicing with a metronome is the only way to go. It's nice to have a drum machine though since you can differentiate between up/down, beats 1 & 3 or 2 & 4, and even after 4, 8, 16 measures for rhythms.

Made on iMovie using an iSight for video and recording the iPhone's line-out feed via Garage Band.
