I like TouchWiz but the colors they used are just terrible. Feeds and Updates is hot pink??? I wish they had the Captivate colors instead. Other than that I would only flash it because of Netflix.

I actualy have done the process twice. The first time I did it, I was still on clockwor mod 2.5, so I figured that was it. But when I followed the procedure the correct way it still lagged really bad. Like the framerate is just too choppy. I noticed that yours kinda did the same.

@jrdatrackstar well if its doing that to you I would just go back to Froyo til the final build is leaked but it runs fine for me I'm still running it on my phone now.

Yes. What i did was:
Odin to EC05 and went to debugging to enable.
One click rooted to the one for the epic (3.0.25 or something?). I did this with the phone on.
The phone rebooted and I turned it off booted in the clockwork mod.
I wiped the data and cache 3 times.
I flashed the ROM and the zip files (the orange animation never worked for me, but the TV power-off one did).

@jrdatrackstar Well if you did wipe factory reset, wipe cache, and wipe delvik cache then I would suggest doing the process over.

I tried this ROM and it was so laggy that I couldn't handle it. I also had a random reboot (which I could live with) and bad keypress skipping. I could live with all of those except the lagging, and I couldn't tell from the video if you suffered from it to.
If you don't, how did you fix it? If you didn't have it from the start, what steps did you take to flash it?
