Angels on Earth, Part 1

As the saying goes, "It takes a village to raise a child", and it's no wonder, as the responsibility is no easy task. In the heart of the Guam Memorial Hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a small community of nurses tirelessly help struggling newborns with their battle for survival. They're the guardians of some of the most vulnerable patients at GMH. Hovering above like angels they work tirelessly around the clock doing whatever it takes to help these little ones overcome their struggle for survival. Amidst helpless cries that can be triggered at any moment, they remain calm. Their movements are fluid, as if dancing about to the steady beeping of machines.

The nurses truly are angels. I don't think they realize how much they are loved and how much they mean to NICU parents.My daughter is 2.5 yrs and it still brings me to tears when I see videos like this that honor NICU nurses that are loved so much!!
