Martial Fitness for the Martial Athlete
From a logistical standpoint, the shared feature of Nabard Fitness Systems devices is the "offset handle."

It is this simple idea that is the key to the effectiveness of the routines featured here and in Log Training.

Device handles are set off from the weight so that the axis of the grip is not in line with the axis along

which the weight is distributed.

Log training workout ,A principled approach to functional fitness.

The conditioning routines and devices of Nabard Fitness Systems have been designed to meet the specific

needs of MMA athletes. The focus is on building the strength needed to effectively and efficiently

execute fighting techniques. This includes a focus on building stabilizing muscles which are largely

neglected by conventional exercise machines and routines. Developed stabilizing strength enhances

control of strikes and blocks, promoting speed and accuracy.

offset handle."The choice of a supinated/pronated grip was made so that when gripping the long log one must resist the tendency of the log to rotate. Resisting this motion places a greater demand on the muscles in the hands and forearms than would be the case were the grip neutral where one could exercise with a more relaxed grip. Also, I have found that the supinated/pronated grip allows for a greater range of motion and more closely mimics the physical demands of martial arts techniques. Of course, the short logs offer maximal flexibility as they can gripped using a neutral, pronated, or supinated grip. I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write, and than you for your interest.

Log Training successfully integrates scientific-theory and Safakhoo's bio-techniques into a rhythmic and istonic regimen which exploits human ability. Log Training is the ultimate cardio-strength training hybrid; it forces muscles to rapid-fire throughout the series of isometric, isotonic, and isokinetic rhythmic-rotations.Fit to fight with martial log.
