Great arrangement by Paul Whiteman. Great sound for a 1920,s recording. Bravo!

Pacino's version it's sing by Frank Sinatra
-
i'm agree with you
-
I like Al Pacino's version better
-
I need one opinion! this song is dedicated for
monterrey, mexico. or
for monterey, Californian?

Thanks for adding this wonderful old recording. Is this the first recording of this song? I like it so much better than Sinatra and all those like him who make the song 4/4 and upbeat and twinkly. The song, in waltz time, is meant to be more pensive and longing.

That could not have been Bings voice, even at 23 he did not have that high falsetto tenor voice.

OH MY!, yes I am very sorry, I will change the video as soon as I can, sorry for my slip up, the set of records this was from included the "King of Jazz", pieces from it, I forgot to leave this one out, there might be another in there somewhere to. Terribly sorry for the mis-information, vocal was Johnny Fulton. rec. 3/21/30
