They did this in my school... students who got into fights or sunk below a D could be expelled... The school ended up performing better because students knew they could get transferred to another school if they did bad.

Rhee is not anti union. Walker is. Theres a difference between Rhee and Walker. One is just trying to help the students and the other is so focused on destroying worker rights that he is imagining anything possible to destroy a union when it has nothing to do with the budget or helping students. Rhee is DEFINITELY NOT ANTI UNION.
