  • need to improve on barrel cages

  • Whats the problem that your having with the barrel cages ? we have over 12,000 hours on our first set of barrel chucks and they are still running great.

  • Keo makes some good ones available at KBC tools

  • the ones im refering to is on the clutches, high/low and hand clutch.the ones on inner spindles seem to be ok but we run at high speeds and 24/7 and the cages get indentions in them which casues them to hang,they will lock in high on HSC and hand clutch when wore want come out of gear and delays.for 1 42.00 cage its alot of work changing them and downtime,i dont understand why they didnt make them out of steel and use anti seize greese besides bronze and lithium,i guess to sale parts :)
