Brother ,This is %100 KUFER , to believe that Rasulallah(SAWA) , had ordered some thing from HIMSELF for Ummah ,without the Consent from ALLAH,Also it is KUFER To Believe that Allah Issued an order & Later on thought of it to be a MISTAKE (Naozobillah ).
