Out of curiosity, how do know it was a teenager and a male?
While I don't condone buzzing people, gliders regularly fly close to hills to get "ridge lift", and that looks more like 50-100ft away.

Well, it was alot closer-looking on top of the mountain and he came straight at us and pulled up at the last minuate so you could almost see his pimples!! It was really scary!!!
