only first part of this is true scania make their own gearbox and retarder but this gearbox is from zf, zf supply renaulf for manual transmission , man, iveco and daf,
mercedes and volvo have their own gearboxes , renault use automated volvo transmission ...
all mercedes and volvo gearboxes use voith retarder.........

There was no double clutching, first was the clutch, second was when he puled the shifter into the gear, thats just how scania shift works/sounds, thats no old truck that needs to be double clutched !
