How can you keep three girls occupied for a whole summer?
Well, you give them an old surf car, an old bike and tell them to make a soap box car. With their lack of insight and technical abilities, this will be a laugh.
And indeed we spent the whole summer of '05 building this monster. We did learn some things like: never saw on the welding, it is like the strongest part to saw on. (it took us some days to get through)
Afterwards we raced it down the neighborhood hill. Until a tragic accident happened. The car was too long and the front wheel blocked, so we were launched. So if you were to try this at home, do not make your car too long.
Anyway, have fun watching it, we had fun building it.

you guys need a welder, im 12 and i have had enogh near serios ijurie crashes to know when somethings gonna fail, i hit 50 mph on a razor scooter fell of and slided into an intersection, not fun

Damn! Must have been a long ass summer! You guys/ladies should get some ideas from the Illegal soap box racer vids. How many blonds does it take to build a something with wheels? hehe!

Hehe. This is Dutch ;) But that's a little bit like German.
(It is spoken in the Netherlands, this very nice and beautiful country next to Germany ;p )
