The Phantom Trailer (Serie 2010)

Recientemente, el canal SyFy lanzó a la red lo que es el primer trailer de la mini-serie El Fantasma, en donde nos encontramos que el Fantasma número 21, que era el que siempre habíamos conocido, es muerto por fin, y su hijo tiene que ser preparado para tomar el manto. Sin embargo, vemos aquí a un Fantasma urbano, fuera de la selva que le era tradicional, y con un vestuario modernizado. Quizá no sea muy del gusto de los puristas, pero esos, afortunada o desafortunadamente, son los menos.

Update. Still watching, but now it's making me angry. Corporate shit that does not care about the mighty legacy at all, but chews on a stale formula that has no connection to what Falk spent a lifetime on. Sad, and as some other dude already pointed out: from the perspective of a fan this is almost insulting. It's like me directing a movie about, say, Sarah Palin.

This sucks. There is a strong history behind the original suit...amongst everything that makes up The Phantom. With the right writer and director not mention actor....there is a great possiblity that a good Phantom movie can be made. This crap is insulting.

P.S. The Billy Zane film was fucking appaling.
