Good Idea/Bad Idea

Gov. Perdue of Georgia is holding a contest to see what group of teens can produce the best and most creative PSA for safe decisions, specifically alcohol/drugs/driving, during prom. The winner gets a prom after-party in the governor's mansion for their senior class. Wafflehouse and Coke are catering. This is my groups entry.
