A beautiful animated clip from the movie - The age of Stupid. It talks about present age and that we are stupid. Consumers in the West should start becoming careful. They would not be able to continue similar lifestyle in future. Same holds true for the richest 1%. Consumerism should not be the only aim of your life unless you are a mean businessmen selling a product. We just have one planet and if everyone starts consuming like the west, then disasters would be even closer. And as a matter of fact, flight tickets are cheaper than train tickets many times in the UK atleast.

It's a pity how American media seems to think that Americans don't ever want to hear any accent other than their own. They re-dub foreign shows or remake them with American actors or presenters (Pick any reality TV show and I'll bet you it was made in the UK first: American Idol, Junkyard Wars, even Friends!), and they relegate anything that doesn't sound middle American to PBS or art houses.

This makes Americans' inability to understand other accents depressingly self perpetuating.
