I agree. Our son was the same, starting at 18 months old. He made his own drums too. He's 5 now, but not as good as Igor. For kids like them, it's in their blood. Look at Blake from American Idol. His parents wouldn't let him drum so he did beat boxing with his mouth. You can't turn off talent when there is passion behind it.
