He expressed some of his feelings about this project under our video. I just wondered if he had an opinion about this version. Love the extra straps. That will help when you set up the chair on good old Canadian Shield!

I plan to make this chair in the coming months, but I question the measurements of the material. You state a few times that is 2 feet by 3 feet, but watching the video, it just looks larger than than. Can you clarify the dimensions?

@seanmulhall iv been out on my bike i live in glasgow it always wet over heer a bit like the rain forest but wet er n i got soking tonight so you have a point iv been bulding my 2nd tree hous cany wate to move in cob fire dry mabe make a few ov these seats out the front

@imackay84 You get a cold wet bum. It can get uncomfortable if you are there for any length of time. And my whole attitude to bushcraft is to be comfy in the woods.

Hello again, Ive just finished making the chair material. All sewing done on a machine and reinforced. I used paracord on the top and strong webbing on the botton. The material was from the army surplus store. Its a strong material used as a casualty blanket (gulp), very strong olive drab in colour.
I cant wait to try it out.
