They are both very similar cars. A new evo is about 10k more . But also has a little better suspension brembo brakes and is a little faster. But excellent cars and can be very fast but stock the evo has the lead over the Sti.

The guy in the evo don't know how to drive! Evo an scoobi are exactly alike! Sti is better but not work 47k...
U can buy a 4year old turbo charged evo for $7k and if u bought a turbo charged sti that was 5yrs or 6 you still pay (21k)
