This is one of the training at our dojyo (school).
And also it has been worked out as the most important exercise at the Chen village in China for a long time since the history of the Tai-ji began.
This is the exercise that is very effective to understand the standing position for Tai-ji.
Master Yogen Maruyama stands right position, so he is not overwhelmed by the people of the line and he can push them back.
