So many comments raging about electronic voting machines.

Flood your Secretary of State's office with faxed DEMANDS that you be allowed to use hand counted PAPER ballots. Get up a petition. It has to be done at the state level first -- & don't fall for the opti-scan machines either; same hackable joke.

I like the way they say they're for "visually impaired" people (like they give a crap about this minority of people voting, like they can't send in an absentee ballot)....then EVERYONE must use them. What a joke. This is how they fix elections.

If they are not going to fix these. We should hack into them the next election and get a indapendent alected with enough nerds/slash hackers we could do it.

wow so not only can the vote be hacked by people on election day it could be hacked even before it. Hell any spec ops person could break in & mess with the machine they'd never know it was done.

Oh My God!!!
The voting machines are in the hands of private citizens before the election!! That means all the systems can be hacked before the election.
Those memory card locks are easily picked within 10 seconds too!!

This shows a STAGGERING lack of security. Anyone could have had access to these machines to install vote-stealing software. THIS guy "looks" honest, but where are the safeguards?
