I started trying to lose weight in July of 09, I was the biggest ive ever been because i became insanely inactive and I was pretty much just in my room all day. The biggest I got was 260 and I dont know how I let myself get that outta control. My mom helped me start eating healthier and just cut back on all these bad foods.
I still wanna lose more weight and start working out again but not exactly sure how to just jump into it anymore. Lets hope I find a way and stick with it.
